A Violation of any of the below Terms of Service will result in the termination of your account, with or without warning.

MyVoucher.com is a new service that provides businesses around the world with electronic vouchers.

We offer a basic service and a premium service.

The basis of our service is this - we provide  a myVoucher link which you can customize and use in your advertising.

We provide the application to create your vouchers and the tools needed to manage your vouchers as well as tools to stay in touch with your customers.

We host your electronic vouchers and your page and we provide a tool to generate a code that produces a banner that will pull up your vouchers when clicked on so you can include your electronic vouchers in your own website or advertise them on others.

The following rules apply while using MyVoucher.com 

 1.      Pornographic, obscene, nude, graphically violent, and other inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.

 2.      Offensive and indecent directory names are not allowed and will be deleted.

 3.      MyVoucher.com is not responsible for the content of any member's Voucher pages. We reserve the right to remove any accounts that are in violation of our terms and conditions. Members will be held legally responsible for the contents of their web pages for, but not limited to use of copyrighted material without the permission of the author or posting material considered indecent for minors. The use of MyVoucher.com for illegal purposes is strictly forbidden and the account will be removed without notice.

4.    MyVoucher.com accounts will be removed if any of the following activities occur:

a) Adult or Pornographic related
b) Warez or Software Piracy related
c) Music Piracy Related
d) Hacking Related
e) Making available copyrighted software which has been "cracked" (e.g., copyright protection for the software has been removed)
f) Making available serial numbers for software which can be used to illegally validate or register software.
g) Making available tools which can be used for no purpose other than "cracking" software.
h) Spamming to promote your website
i) Anything related to any illegal activity

6.      You and any person who has access to your account must evaluate, and bear the risk associated with, the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any Content. MyVoucher.com reserves the right to remove content which is deemed in MyVoucher.com sole discretion harmful, offensive, or otherwise in violation of the Rules or any rules or policies MyVoucher.com has in place at the time.

7.      You or MyVoucher.com may terminate your Account at any time for any reason. To remove your MyVoucher site and account, login and visit your personal section.

8.      MyVoucher.com will not be liable for any of its services. We have the right to cancel our service at any time, and we will not be liable for any files that are lost and/or corrupted which may occur from a system crash or hard disk failure. To the full extent permissible under the applicable law, MyVoucher.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use MyVoucher.com services.

9.      All non-premium users with will have third party advertising placed on their voucher page. This can be in the form of banners and/or text ads. To remove these ads users must upgrade to a premium account.
